I am a new small business owner and has a few workers. We all work from home. I have a EIN #, but I am wondering. If I want to make them a 1099, as independant contractor, what forms will I need to fill out, and what forms do I need to send to my workers to fill out? Also, If I want to change all this up and make everyone a W2 employee, What would I need to do. Please Help Me, this is driving me nuts

c) i was born into a belief system and could not reconcile the questions the that arose from life's circumstances so chose not to believe

d) i was born into a belief system, but found my own path

I am nearly 20 weeks pregnant now, and I hear a lot of women saying they cant even button their pants at 8 and 9 weeks along. I am still wearing my jeans and shirts from my pre pregnancy days without a problem. I walk around and I guess I look like I just ate but Its not uncomfortable to button my pants, and I havent gained any weight yet. Ive had an u/s just last week, and I saw my healthy baby girl, weighing 8oz. is this normal, or should I be having a tough time fitting into my clothes by now?

Given the following:

A --> 1/2B + C, K= 0.0334
3D --> B + 2C, K = 2.35

Calculate K for: 2A -> 3D

Here's my work..

I basically multiplied the first equation by 2 and flipped the second equation to get 2A -> 3D.

How would I calculate K now?

I was in a store with my brother buying something and I went to the counter to pay but I had my wallet in this plushy bag that was overstuffed so when I yanked my wallet out my birth control pill case (that UNMISTAKEABLE pink case) flew 2 feet up in the air, lingered long enough for my stunned brother, the shocked and amused girl at the counter, and horrified me to see exactly what it was and then it crashed to the floor. I followed the case down and hid there pretending to tie my shoes till my brother finished paying for me and I ran out of the store.

I'm not embarrased to take them but no one needs to see it fly in front of their face, EVER!

We had a hamster that died of wet-tail in early January. Now my mom is experiencing stomach discomfort, such as bloating. Is it possible this germ or bacteria was transmitted from the hamster? We threw away all the stuff and disinfected the area, but could she have gotten it while handling the hamster before we knew the hamster had it?
