I bought a car about 2 weeks ago and sent in the V5 registration details to the DVLA. They have not yet sent it back but my car tax runs out tomorrow. Is there anyway i can still tax my car without this? Anyone got any suggestions as to what i can do?

As of tomorrow, park the car off the roadway, either on your land or preferably in your garage, and don't drive it until you get the proper forms.

do you mean your temporary tag?
if so just go back to the dealer and ask for another one, explain that you havent recieved yours and they'll provide you another--and if they dont leave the car there and go someplace a bit shadier--they love passin out bogus temp tags

No disc = no drive. And no park on public road either.
