diep left alone for a bike ride at 8:00am traveling at 20mph . Half an hour later Mai noticed that diep had left her water bottle at home. If mai rides 40 mph how long will it take her to catch up to diep?

For me, in order of preference from most to least:
1. Texas: I live here now! Best state in the country, as well as the friendliest.
2. Louisiana: It's my home, and it's still incredible.
3. Oklahoma: still pretty nice like Texas, just not as much to do.
4. Washington: Olympic peninsula, Puget Sound, the Cascades, rainforests, wineries, Seattle...
5. North Carolina: the most beautiful state east of the continental divide. It's becoming "yankeeland," though.
6. Colorado: I love to visit, hit the ski slopes, and club in Denver, but I don't think I'd live there.
7. Kentucky: Redneck culture prevails. Horrible drivers, very nasty personalities, lack of economic progression. Sucks!

Please help me find good reasons to motivate myself for work tomorrow! (I've been off for weeks due to a family illness and am due back tomorrow morning.) I don't know what's wrong with me but I am finding it really hard to get on with it and resume my routine.

my custom built pc turns itself on at midnight. a few weeks ago i got woke up by my ordinarly booting desktop pc i switched it off at the mains and all was well until i forgot to unplug it and it did the same again i have checked the bios, power settings, scheduled tasks, done a scan with a boot and the conventional way and yet the thing still turns itself on
it's spec is
gigbyte m'board
pentium 4 3GHZ
512mb RAM 64mb used by shared graphics
and i connect to the web via a netgear usb adapter 'elp plz

i know religion has done some good things for the world like helping pple in 3rd world countries and providing shelters and food for homeless pple and what not but do u think the world would be better without religion. because it seems pple carry it too far and so many wars have been started over religion and so many pple have died. but pple dont need religion to tell them right from wrong do they? im and atheist but that doesnt mean i dont have feelings and cant tell right from wrong. i know that if i murdered someone it wouldnt be very nice of me because of the pain it would cause friends and family. but i dunno, maybe religion is just an excuse and no matter what, someone would alwayz find a reason to justify their actions. sry i feel like my question isnt very focused, kinda random stuff but oh well, the basic question is what my heading is.

Im doing an essay on my opinion of him. And I'm not sure what to think of him.

Honestly I think he was a hero risking his own life for slaves but he killed alot in the process. So I think he was a hero with a chemical inbalence.

aggressive back, and gettin arrested and in trouble yourself?

or for any matter how do you deal with people that try to intimidate and manipulate you in any type of way?

in the past this has happened alot to me, and ive not known how to react without losing control of my rage and getting aggressive and then puttin myself in trouble and in danger of gettin arrested....ive been lucky so far.
but i worry that what if it was to happen again, whilst out in society, and the concern of not knowin how to respond without getting aggressive and in trouble and put myself in danger of gettin arrested.

plus how do you deal with people in life that, condescend you, talk down to you, patronise you?? without getting angry and aggressive?
i hope someone can help as these are my main problem areas in life. cheers

I have viewed how both sides look at the evidence for evolution and the fact is Evolutionists make more assumptions than scientific Creationists. Micro-evolution is acknowledged as a scientific fact by creationists but, macro-evolution (a species evolving into another new species) has NEVER been observed and Requires making assumptions. Finally, most evolutionists never even look at the scientific creationists view, while the creationists have looked into and been educated about evolution.

my 5 month pregnant gf is going through a lot of hell with emotions right now. I am so scared and afraid for her and how she feels. I love her and want a family together but she dumped me two days after asking when were were going to get married.

Today I left her a note and a single rose on her car at work telling her I will be there for her no matter what and I understand her anger and pain and that I am in pain myself and I want to marry her and have a family together.

I dont know if what I did was smart or not. I was across the street where she couldnt see me and she didnt trash the rose or note and she read it and left. I didnt get a phone call but it has only been less than 2 hours. I am so sick with depression and hurt from the last 4 months of ups and downs I am going to go see a doctor tomorrow about depression medication. I havent eaten or really drank in 3 days and have lost 17 lbs. I cant sleep, concentrate, and feel weak and dizzy. I pray to god every night.

I recently bought a new GPU for my computer. It runs great, but it runs too hot. I have a Gateway GT5238E desktop. I wanted to know if there was some fan I could buy that would be very large. I use a large window fan, open my case up to do some emergency cooling work. Are there large fans available (bigger than 120 mm)? any suggestions, comments or website links?

I'M REALLY SERIOUS ABOUT THIS (CALL ME CRAZY IF YOU WANT), BUT TAKING TESTS IS MENTAL TORTURE! I THINK TEACHERS LOVE TO GIVE TESTS JUST TO TORTURE STUDENTS OR IT'S JUST THEIR FAVORITE WAY OF PUNISHMENT. I ALWAYS FREAK OUT WHENEVER I HAVE TO TAKE TESTS. ONCE I HEAR THAT WE HAVE A TEST, I START TO PANIC. ON THE DAY OF THE TEST I'M TRYING DODGE CERTAIN CLASSES TO AVOID THE TEST. TEACHERS ARE JUST MEANT TO TORTURE US WITH TESTS! I CAN'T BEAR TO TAKE TESTS WITHOUT FREAKING OUT! WHAT AM I GOING TO DO TO GET OVER THIS FEAR?
