all you can do here is take the first step; go and do it.
It's not easy, but once you do it, you'll be ok.

In a way you are losing the freedom you've had (albeit for an unpleasant reason) for several weeks. You're going to be subjected again to the discipline of the working week, and it's only natural to feel resentful. Try to find the positive aspects (just think how much your colleagues will be pleased to see you again, you'll be able to catch up on so much news, etc.) and once you get over that first day, you'll be okay.
Whenever there's something on the horizon that I'm dreading, I look at the clock and say to myself, "This time tomorrow it'll all be over." And, believe me, "tomorrow" comes and goes like a dream.
Good luck!

Try and get yourself some sleep. Your energy has probably been used up fighting the illness, or looking after the others that had it. Tiredness makes everything a million times worse.
When you get into work you will be amazed at how quickly your old routine will come back. Just make sure you are not going back before you are fully recovered. Good luck!

It is the hardest thing to come back to work after a long layoff so take it easy with yourself . Ease your way back into your routine and do not put any undue pressure upon yourself . You have enough of this pressure at home that you have to bear. Say to yourself that this is the best for myself and my family. Get into a rhythm and do not try to be a world beater .
Once you get into a routine which may take a little period of time,I am sure you will get back into the flow and performed well. One last thing try your best not to let things get to you or get you down but take it one day at a time. I hope this helped you and you have my best wishes.

That's a rough one, what you need to do is force yourself to go, of course. After you get off work, you should fall back into your going home routine. And when you wake up the day after tomorrow you should be one step closer. Just give it time, it will come back to you. Good Luck.

I know how you feel! I'm back to training today and not motivated.
I just want to go straight home after work and not to the gym but I'm going to get it over & done with.
Think of the money you will earn, the people you will see again and collegues you will have lunch with again.

The first step is always the hardest hun. Just stay calm and set yourself little goals through the day, look back later and you will know you've done something positive.
