so what i did is i got a 200 gallon hold tank took the water from the 200 gallon pond put it in with the fish ,then i filled the 1000g pond up, then put declorinator in, i got 10 feeder fish put them in then i took the old linner of the 200g pond and put that in thinking it would help speed up the cycle,is there any thing more i could do to it so i dont get new pond syndrome,and have to wait about 5weeks to put my kois in it any input would help thank

How can I tell if it's badly injured? I can still move everything, but it hurts. A 180 lb man just landed on it as we were high bouncing on the trampoline. Anyway, it feels like it's burning... I just want some kind of way to know if I need an xray before I go.

I use to always say, "wouldn't it be great if there was something you could eat to actually lose fat instead of gain it". Then someone told my the other day that after I eat something to eat a grapefruit or have cook cabbage in my soups and t will actually help me burn the fat. Is this true? Does anyone know about this?
