How can I tell if it's badly injured? I can still move everything, but it hurts. A 180 lb man just landed on it as we were high bouncing on the trampoline. Anyway, it feels like it's burning... I just want some kind of way to know if I need an xray before I go.

Chances are that if you can move it fine with minimal/moderate pain then it is not fractured. One other way to assess your wrist is to squeeze hard the area that hurts between your thumb and finger, if this doesn't cause INTENSE pain then there is a real good chance its not fractured.

If u twist it and its hurt really badly then u need more than a xray.
