The US vans are made by Grumman Olsen (or whatever that company is now called).
The UK vans use a body similar to the US vans, on a standard European chassis (I think some are Mercedes-Benz Sprinter chassis, but there may be other platforms too).

Vehicles are supplied/bought as a chassis. The body is then built/fitted by specialist body builders. The same applies to buses and commercial vehicles.

The chassis can be supplied by various companies - Ford , Vauxhall etc

I work for UPS and the drivers tell me that some are made by Ford, some by Dodge and a few by Chevy. I'm not sure who makes the hybrid ones. Just ask a driver, because they know which ones they prefer to drive.

It was Grumman Olson. Company is now called Morgan Olson.
