When i watch Cops or a TV show/Movie with cops, they always state if they are going West/South/north/East on what ever street they are on, what i want to know if how do they know what direction they are going on the streets?

I've recently started exercising because I am trying to get into better shape. I am a little overweight but not obese and no known health problems other than some allergies.

I have taken by blood pressure about 15 minutes after exercise and it was 158/75. When I am at rest, the systolic number is usually in the 120s range.

Is it normal for the systolic to go that high after exercise? And I really wasnt feeling light headed or dizzy or anything like that. I plan on asking a doctor next time I see him but I was just curious if anyone else ran into something like this.

Their penalties were a joke 5 games. I like that the coach and team got fined but Ignila should be sitting too. They even said that there was the $100,000 fine because of the illegal stick work and cross checking which Ignila did. And they let him slide just becuase hes a star for that team. He is a real class hero! And what a way to wear that C on his jersey.

I was helping my son with a math question when I suddenly got the answer somehow. He has to show the work and I don't know how I got the work.I was just getting different numbers and multiplying them.
