The experiences of ancient Israel illustrate the dangers of allowing walking by sight to weaken one’s faith. In spite of witnessing the ten plagues that humiliated the false gods of Egypt and then experiencing the spectacular deliverance through the Red Sea, the Israelites disobediently made a golden calf and began to worship it. They became restless and grew weary of waiting for Moses, who “was taking a long time about coming down from the mountain.” (Exodus 32:1-4) Impatience moved them to worship an idol visible to the natural eye. Their walking by sight insulted Jehovah and led to the execution of “about three thousand men.” (Exodus 32:25-29)Walking by sight made them tremble in fear of their enemies. (Numbers 13:28, 32; Deuteronomy 1:28) It caused them to challenge Moses’ God-given authority and complain about their lot in life. This lack of faith led to their preferring demon-controlled Egypt to the Promised Land. (Numbers 14:1-4; Psalm 106:24) How grossly disrespectful of the God who delivered them! Trust and confidence in Jehovah’s promises will safeguard us from experiencing ‘shipwreck concerning our faith.’ (1 Timothy 1:19)

The fact that we walk by faith, not by sight is abundant proof that we are absent from the Lord. We have never gazed upon the Lord with our physical eyes. Only through faith have we ever seen Him. As long as we are at home in the body, we have a life that is less close and intimate than the life of actual sight.

First of all because we were told to and lets just face it, sometimes you should just do what your told. Secondly because God is not in the explaining business, that's why he wrote it down in a book, so he wouldn't have to keep repeating the same thing over and over again. Human beings aren't that deep, he says in his word, "There is nothing new under the sun". Thirdly, you don't see the behind the scenes "REAL" things that are truly going on. You only think you know. Like the millions of people that think there is a race problem when really it's the rich using the news and media as a tool of population control. Divide and conquer. It's easy, keep people thinking what we want them to and they'll never figure it out that we are sticking it to them in every which way but loose. Fraud and Bullsh.. are king. So believe in Jesus, because the rich think they can break the same rules they cram down our throat and get away with it. Not so...You shall reap what you sow.

Because what you see is not always real. Have faith in God, let that be your cornerstone, and what the world throws at you will be measured by the truth, not someone's perception or distortion of it. We rely a lot on our eyes; in fact, the eyes are THE primary source of perception humans have, but they are so easily fooled. Our spiritual eyes are just as unreliable. Faith is a pure thing of the heart, the seat of knowledge and understanding, the place God indwells if you accept Him. He is our focus, and we must keep our faith in Him inspite of what our senses may tell us differently.

Do you need to know that the wind is real, or that when ever you breath you are taking in something you can't see. How do you know that what is inside a humans body, is really what scientist and Doctors show? Have you ever seen the inside of a humans body, and know for sure that, that's inside?
Probably not, because you have faith that everything you can't see is there, and that the Doctors and Scientist are right.

OUR Walk in Faith and By Faith is dependent on the Living Word of GOD!
AS We believe the WORD OF GOD, our Faith Grows!
(Romans 10:17) So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God.
Grace of GOD, comes by Faith as did the HOLY SPIRIT, that indwells EACH AND EVERY..... Real Believer!
See Matthew 7:20-to-23!
Thanks, RR

Because faith is the only thing that pleases G-d.
Also, the eyes of faith see what the eyes of flesh can not see.

Because if we walk by sight, we would resemble the world. and God says not to resemble the world in the Bible. what God means by that, is dont become sinful like the rest of the world, don't do everything that they tell you, and don't walk in their ways, but rather walk in His. and if we walk by sight, all we will see is sin, and we will live by and walk by that sin. we will live by it. and if we walk by faith, meaning we will walk by God, we will have everlasting life and love and happiness inn God.

Faith is the hope of things not seen. If I see something, I don't need faith for it then.
