The first thing I see after a shooting story is the press pointing out the ease of getting a gun, or of the local "lacking" gun control practices. The villianous gun store owner, the evil of the gun user. But an 82 year old ex-Miss America defends herself with gun power, and nothing. No heroic gun store owners. No pleasure in the safety of the victim due to the gun. Why the failure to treat both stories equally by a presumably impartial press?
