Beauty is where you find it. Abeit, in the glistening of a summer's day upon the still, green waters of a pond, the stroke of an artist's brush, the curve of a young girl's face or in the glorious and riotous colors of a new spring dawn.

One reason is the appearance of the sun as if it is emerging from the ocean. The glowing yellow color is also another reason while many people love the sunrise. The warmth being brought by the sun as it rises is another reason while we all admire the sunrise. It is a gift from Jehovah the Creator to man.

I really dont think that you needed to ask that. no offense but thats like saying why in all of our glory do we take time to stop and admire a bird, or art work or even love. it is just somthing that takes your breath away, and that is why i admire a sunrise. sure it signals a new day, the begging of time. a fresh start from what ever you did before. i think if you just sit and watch a sunrise, from a hill or mountain, completly away from any civiliztion, you will answer your own question.

Earlier "civilizations" used to worship the sun and moon. We are human beings, and thus merely animals. Our life is dependent on the cycles of the sun and the moon. We need it for food and to regulate tides. So there is a sense of awe and respect for the sun and moon that in inherent in us as human beings.
That is why we admire both sunrises and sunsets. Also the sunrise is a phyiscal metaphor for new beginning. "The sun 'll come out tomorrow"

becuase it is beautiful and we all love beauty. Admiring a sunrise reminds us the beauty of a new beginning and admiring a sunset reminds us the beauty of completing a day's work.

Because it means a new day, a fresh start, peace. It represents the hope that goes along with the beginning of the day ... of time.

You've made an assumption that all of us do through the use of "we". I don't.
