I understand the genesis of your gun culture - wild west etcetera etcetera, but does this remain relevent in today's society? If I've got the beginnings wrong apologies but please don't educate me, just tell me why you think you still need to have guns.

Or are we supposed to stick our heads in the sand and hope its someone else's kids who get killed in the next massacre? I know what the right wing thinks, stick your heads in the sand, Gay marriage is the real threat, right?

Do you beileve that the shooting that took place April 16th will stir up tension between the Koreans?

There was the DC Sniper 5 years ago who was Arfican American
And of course September 11 which was Middle eastern terrorists
Both of those incidents made people more aware of those 2 ethnicities

I'm thinking of purchasing a home, but there are so many different loan & mortgage companies...how do I choose which is the best? My view of the world is probably a bit idealistic. I believe that with all the children on the planet that people should start adopting and not have children of their own. Or, perhaps, adopt a child for everyone they create. I myself am interested in adoption at some point in my life but now is not the right time. My relatives think that this is silly. My Sister said that it is terribly hard to adopt a child. She makes it sound almost impossible. Would some one who is in the know please tell me just how difficult it is and the hoops you have jump through to adopt a child...income and such? And areas where it is easier to adopt...or more difficult...laws and so on? I would greatly appreciate your help.

I got rebates for Vikingfjord Vodka. 3 bucks off and I mailed them to the place with one for me one for my friend and her name and address and one for my bf and his address! So they all got return to sender address doesn't exist. I checked to make sure the address was abs. correct and it is. I went to their site and there are no contact numbers. What else can I do, I think this is false advertisement and I want to complain and get my money back for all their vodka I bought instead of my usual brand caz they advertised a rebate!!!!

1992 honda prelude 2.2L S sohc

ok my batt light turns on one day so i check the alternator and batt, both are good, then i test my batt another day and its bad so i have new batt and still the batt light is on and and car doesnt hold a charge and dies out once i shut the car off, what should i do had same problem for 2 weeks...should i jus put a new alternator in b/c the one in now isnt in good shape.
