For the past few months I've been working out, then I'd stop and put some weight back on, then it's happen again. It's like a cycle, and I don't know what to do in order to keep myself motivated to lose the 20 pounds I want to. I mean I'm only a teenager, but I'm overweight by 20 pounds, so I'd like to lose them before the summer ends for my senior year of highschool.
Any suggestions as to what can keep me motivated, or suggestions about food/routines? Thank you!
