need help please

I filed a correct return. Two months later, they have asked me for additional documentation (on capital gains, line 13) that is clearly not required based on the instructions in the 1040 instructions. A delay of two months of funds has a significant interest realization. So... they can charge me interest if I delay in providing a correct return, but are not responsible if they do not play by their own rules. Why, and what recourse do you suggest, if any? If they want an audit, why don't they just do so? If I were audited, would they also hold my funds until I proved to their satisfaction that I was following the applicable tax laws?

Ok. I'm 22 years old and still live at my parents house because I'm going to school. They are trying to control all aspects of my life, telling me what I can and can't do, putting an 11 o'clock curfew on me, and making me ask permission to do things. If I tell them I wont be home not to worry they will be ok with it at first then call my cell 50 times untill I get so upset I come home. Basically I have to cater to their needs. This moring they told me I was kicked out and so I went to my aunts house. They called there to apologize and wanted me to come home. Any suggestions on how to handle this? I really don't want to be on bad terms with my parents but if need be I do have a place to live.

It is logically impossible to have both, so you must pick one.

First, "Everything Happens For A Reason" for this question is defined as "everything is planned by an external source". For example, you might be late for an appointment, and end up meeting your future spouse. You believe the "reason" you were late was so you could meet your spouse. This would indicate that some external force ("god") planned it this way.

Problem is, in order for "Everything" to happen for a reason, then literally everything has to be controlled. Again, you were late for the appointment because traffic was bad. Each of those drivers had to be in that place at that time to make traffic bad. They had to wake at a certain time, so they had to go to bed at a certain time, all the way back to being born at a certain time, all the way back through time.

In this case, there can be no Free Will. It is impossible. Conversely, if you insist there is Free Will, then there is no "Reason" for everything.

A man goes to the doctor and says,
"D..d..d.d..d.d.doctor I n.n..n.n.need your h.h.h.h.hhh..help!"
The man explains that his stutter is really getting him and his wife down and the doctor has to help.
The doctor does a full examination and eventually explains to the man that he needs him to drop his trousers and pants.
Dong!! the mans enormous problem thumps onto the table..
The doctor explains that the members size is causing the stutter by excess strain on the top half of the mans body.
However, there is a simple op to implant a smaller member and alleviate the problem.

The man has the op and at the hospital is saying gbye to doc.
"thanks doc you will change my life I can't wait to get home"

A few weeks later the man is back at the hospital and wants to see the doc,
"Doc, doc my wife says I need my big one back she can live with the stutter"
The doc turns to him and says,

" A d...d.d.d..d.dd..Deals a d...d.d..d.Deal, Sonny"

My insurance will not allow me to add maternity insurance to our policy.(no matter what) I cannot change health insurance due to exsisting condition (not serious). Anyway I have been trying to find a solution for literally months now. What should I do? How much is it to just have a baby without insurance??? (baby will be covered when born) PLEASE HELP!

i got a PSP for x-mas and...its not living up to what i heard. yea its cool lookin' and all but there dont seem to be many good games for it.

I have 55g tank with 12 fish. they are tropical fish and they are only an inch long. i have a few plants, a quater inch of gravel, a air pump, and two marineland emperor 280,s with the bio wheel. the tank has been going since christmas and it has never been clear. i made sure i followed all instructons but everything i do doesn't work. regularly change the water, clean the plants and gravel and regularly change the filters can some one help me. thanks
