Did you mean to say your hair is falling out? Since you didn't use spell checker, I suggest you do in the future. If you are losing hair, I suggest you take a good multi vitamin and also take some vitamin E. It is good for hair and skin. Stress sometimes causes hair to thin out too. If this is one of the issues, try to determine what you can do to improve things. Good luck.

Soooooo.....hang up-side-down??? and your hair will hang in the opposite direction !

Is it that your hair is falling-out? The best thing you can do, is to wear a medium to short haircut, use only one simple shampoo (not more than 3 times a week), and care for your hair by brief brushing.
Hair dryers, curling irons, dyes, rubber bands, and lots of brushing are all hard on your hair.
Hair does tend to go in cycles between loss and new growth.

Check the obvious first. Some medicines can cause hair loss. Rule that out first.

Make sure you're eating enough protein like tuna, that should help. You need to take iron tablets and zinc. Try that for a couple of weeks and see if you notice an improvement. If not, you should see your doctor to make sure there's no underlaying cause. And, if not, he should be able to suggest a treatment.

Take stock of your life, sometimes stress will cause hair loss. If all is right in your world, then see a doctor, and get his recommendation.
