If He's as good as You say, I would
try to convince Him to do both. He can
play Baseball, and paint in the off season.
a Person always needs more than one
profession, something to fall back on if
He enjoys them both - Do both of them.
Baseball only last while you are youing
and able to play - Painting last forever

National Museum of Art. I love baseball But to me, art gives so much more back to the world. It would be a shame to waste such a talent.

The National Museum of art. If you break your butt, you can't play baseball anymore, but you can still paint. Besides, I like guys who paint better.

I would let him decide what he wanted to do. If he would want me to, I would sit down with him and try to help him decide. I'm not the type of parent who pushes their kids into what I want them to do. I can't stand the parents that do that. I hear too many times how a kid is being forced into a lifestyle or occupation that the parents want them to do, and they don't even listen to the kids feelings.
