ok, for the last month or so i have been literally living on whey protein in low fat milk and weetabix in the morning, 1 hr cardio in the evening and right after cardio 1 big glass of whey protein. by using this diet i dont feel hungry at all but a little weak sometimes and have lost over 2 inches from my waist. what i want to know is, is it healthy for me as i m getting enough protein, clacium and fibre in my diet or am i missing something here

My bf and I have been living together for a year and have been dating for two and a half or so, been friends for 5ish years. I'm starting to think about marriage and we've talked about it. We're both essentially anti-religious, and he says that since he doesn't go for the church thing, he sees no point to marriage other than financial benefits or if children are involved. I am fine with waiting for a while, but want it to happen eventually. Short from having kids (which is NOT my plan), is there anything I can do to nudge him along?

Has anyone had this experience, if so, how did you handle it/what ended up happening? In anticipation of some of your answers, yes, I can wait, but I don't see why we can't be engaged for a while.

The tax deadline is around the corner (April 17). Can I postpone the filing until after April 17. What are the implications? I was told it evaluated differently for two thing - 1) You have to pay 2) you get returns. If I have to pay then its very simple and I can extend but if I owe some money to Govt. then I can postpone but I will have to pay interest on that amount.

I dont know how this works out or what the implications are in terms of fines and limitations. Can someone please clarify.

So this Don Imus Guy made a racist comment. Now since it was about a minority, they are all calling for him to be fired and saying that somebody including the networks he is on need to take responsibility for what he said. Yet on the other hand Rosie can say terrible things and nobody tells ABC to get her off the View. When she said that MAINSTREAM Christians were more dangerous than the Taliban, Civil rights groups and the media weren't lined up trying to take ABC down and get her fired. Same thing with these Duke Lacross players- they had nasty terrible things said about them, Their civil rights were violated and slanderous accusations made, there are no civil rights groups out there protesting what happened to them. This is a huge Double Standard- are select minorities the only people entitled to civil rights protections. Aren't White males and Christians entitled to the same respect? Or are the civil rights groups just as big of bigots as they claim everyone else is?

I would like to buy my husband a watch. He doesn't like cloth/leather bands and would prefer one with links (which is just as well since it could be altered to be smaller) but I haven't seen any men's watches with links that can be altered to smaller than 7.5". Ideally it would be a reasonably priced (but not too cheap, either) steel/silver looking watch with an analog display. I'm open to women's and youths' watch models as long as they don't look childish or feminine. Thanks in advance for your suggestions!

I dont really trust his mother very well and she is not very good with kids. We live in Las Vegas and they want to take my daughter to Alabama for 9 days but I keep saying no and my fiance says he doesnt care. They keep asking me to change my mind but they dont ever visit unless we go over to there house. What should I do?

Isn't it stupid how they had that song that was all about oh negative images are in the media but then like....now black eyed peas and fergie totally have had just sexual videos. How lame is that. I liked a few of their songs but they mostly get old and annoying and are useless. What do you think?

I am currently in college and going through some tough times and because I don't want to got to a counselor because I believe that is for people with major mental issues my issues are too personal, I go to my mom. My mom said my issues are draining her so now she won't even answer my calls. I asked am I a bad daughter and they said no, it is her who is the *****. and I inetrjected I'm like don't talk about my mom if anything just console me.
