ok, for the last month or so i have been literally living on whey protein in low fat milk and weetabix in the morning, 1 hr cardio in the evening and right after cardio 1 big glass of whey protein. by using this diet i dont feel hungry at all but a little weak sometimes and have lost over 2 inches from my waist. what i want to know is, is it healthy for me as i m getting enough protein, clacium and fibre in my diet or am i missing something here

No, not if you want to live long. This is not giving you a good balance of nutrients or minerals. At least take a vitamin supplement, and add vegetables (brussels, cabbage, spinach are all high in nutrition and low in calories) and fresh fruit.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

if you continue this way of eating ,even though you sound like you like doing it,you say you get weak=sooner or later ,you will get sick=what are you gonna tell the Dr the reason why then
