( THIS IS FOR MY SISTER!!! )

Does it make a differance if you were lotion while sun tanning in a Tanning bed/booth? I've been going for about a week now, been about 5 times and I already have a really good base tan.

Can I wear outdoor sun tanning lotion in the bed/booth?

no, u can`t use outdoor lotions in the tanning bed, because some of the ingredients, such as mineral oil, actually damage the acrylic of the bed...most salons will check before u tan to verify that u have the appropriate lotion before they will even allow u to enter for tanning...it`s a good idea to use a lotion, because it will help keep your skin moisturized, because hydrated skin tans better & minimizes the development of wrinkles...also, it helps u get a darker tan!!! if u already have a base tan, i recommend trying some "tingle" lotion...it increases your blood circulation to help your skin tan much darker...some good ones are put out by swedish beauty, pro tan & fiesta sun...the price is not so good, because they are usually quite expensive, but definitely worth it!!! happy tanning!!!

Not wearing lotion is like wasting the first five minutes of tanning time. Also, you need the extra moisturizing. Use a tanning lotion made for indoors only.

there should be a sign in the tanning place that says no outdoor tanning lotion should be used. go out and buy indoor tanning lotion, it'll work much better.
