I use a Gillette Fusion which is 4 blade I think and when shaving downwards I feel I definitely do not get a close enough shave, as stubble is visible... I don't know why this is as it is 4 blades, and I change the blade often..

If I do it upwards, I definitely get a much closer shave, but I've been told it's bad for hairs?

I am using Vectorworks and I need to set up my page for 3/8" = 1'-0" scale. It is not an option so to manually set it up I would type in 1: ??? for the paper scale. For example 1/4" = 1'-0" would be 1:48 on the "paper scale". I forget how the math works. Thanks!
