i know repulse is a strong word to use but i dont think i am being stuck up they are just quite disgusting only bathing once a week which makes them smell,wearing the same dossy clothes and socks for days on end, i have tried subtle hints but they were ignored. i dont want to cause a fight over the matter but they really need to realise how disgusting it is

a farmer was taking a fox a chicken and a bag of grain to another field one day, but had to cross a river going through his field to get there. when he reached the river his boat had a hole in it so he could only take one thing with him on each trip. so how did he do it, cause if he took the grain first the fox would eat the chicken and if he brought the fox first the chicken would eat the grain. and then he has the same problem when he leaves them on the other side together. how did he do it?

it is weird that the law prevents discrimination based on a person's race, color, gender and handicaps, but when it comes to birth place, it's like "you can't touch this!" but as nobody can choose their race, color, gender and ect, no one can have any say on one's birth place. now, how is that not a discrimination if people born outside of U.S. are not allowed to run for president? if "all men are created equal" can get every man and woman of all races and colors to have equal rights, how can we get stuck on words designed hundreds of years ago when america was a new nation to prevent king of england from designate someone from his court to be president of america? it is unjust to people who happened to have a birth place outside of U.S. and it is unjust to everyone in the nation if it prevents someone who can do a great job but can't get the job based on birth place. people have tried to change it without success before. i really wonder why?

I got in a fender bender the other day and I know the other driver's insurance company will try to hold me as liable.

They say that with most situations the person who hits from behind is always resposible (which i think is BS) how can that be true, how can one contest that?

The situation:
Driving during 5 pm traffic, not too much traffic on the freeway, I was going about 50-55 mph.

When the guy way ahead of me all of a sudden slammed on his brakes!

note: I was NOT following close behind him, i had a good
6-8 car lenghts inbetween us.

I tried to brake, but it was kind of on a down slope, it was too late and boom.

No injuries

Yea, so as most of you smart fans know by now, Edge will win the WWE Title at Backlash, as most of you Edgeheads know, Edge had plans for his own custom WWE Championship during his second title reign as Champ, but he never got to make it on account of not enough time, well, my fellow Edgeheads tell me that Edge will unveil the designs for his original custom WWE Championship after his win at Backlash.

I am trying to find after-tax cost of debt with the formula Kd(1-T)
Kd is supposed to equal the interest rate on new debt (9%) and the T is supposed to equal the marginal tax rate (40%)
does this mean that the formula should look like this: 9%(1-40%)?
And if so, how do I figure out the answer for this?

the lighting in my Eclipse aqurium tank has gone out -- one bulb went dead completely, the other one lights up a little by the ends. I have tried changing the bulbs but still the same, can someone tell me if there is another part that I need to change, or should I change the whole lighting hood? Thanks.

I just bought a pc3200 sdram for my AMD athlon 2600 plus. My comp has Windows Vista Home premium. When i restarted my computer up my rating for my comp dropped for some reason. It was 2.4 before and now it is a 1.8. I had 512 mb of ram before and now i have 1 gb. I dont get it it says i installed 1 gb but why did my rating drop? I took the ram out and reinstalled it. And the rating is the same thing. Plz help
