Yes...you'll need to register your bank account with them. It takes a few days to fully process, so I recommend that you go ahead and get it registered now (I think they call this "verifying" your account).

Once you have this done, and you have money in your paypal account, all you have to do is request it to be transferred to your bank. They have limits, however, on how much you can transfer out in a given period, so you should look over the various types of accounts, to ensure that you'll be able to pull out the appropriate amounts.

Yes, on the top you should see a tab called "Withdraw". Once you click on it, it will show available options for you to receive the funds. The options should be: Transfer funds to your bank account(3-4 Business Days ), Request a check from PayPal(1-2 Weeks), Shop with a PayPal debit card(You must sign up for the card), Get cash out of an ATM, Buy from over 42,000 PayPal Shops. The options you will probably use would be checks and transfering to the bank.

Once funds are in your account, you can request a transfer to your bank account that you registered with PayPal. Log in to your account, go to My Account, select the Withdraw heading, and you'll see the options available. The first one is "Transfer funds to your bank account" and there is no charge for this service. It takes a few days for the transfer to be completed. Or you can have them send you a check, but it will cost a small fee.

Sadly no, Paypal is a secure service and needs a place to withdraw and deposit money. Such as bank accounts and Credit Cards.
