Need disciplinary action for Grades 1 and 2 in public schools.

Kids under 7 understand demerits??? Are you sure??? How on earth can a kid that young know what it is? Tell him to sit in the corner and wait till he can calm down (give it less than 4 minutes)

Or take away his chair for 2 minutes for incorrect behaviour.

But a demerit? Gollll eeeeee

Are you serious? Infants are babies. They can't even communicate on an equal level - why are you punishing them? Please add more details.
