Get a plumber's auger. It has a sharp steel hook on the end. Start turning its handle clockwise and poke it further and further into the toilet outlet. When it hits an obstacle (the scrub thing) try to keep turning it while backing out of the outlet. You should be able to dig that hook in and then pull it back out of the toilet.

That should work but if it doesn't you are going to have to unbolt the toilet from the floor, reach up into the bottom to pull out the scrub thing, and then put down a new wax ring and bolt the toilet back down.

Clorox Toilet Wand

I flushed a Clorox toilet scrub before too and using the toilet auger worked. Got it at Lowe's for less than $10. You may just have to push a bit but once the toilet flushes easily, you should be good to go. Of course, if this thing doesn't work, you may have to call a plumber.

If it didn't clog the line, chances are it went down. Run a toilet snake down the line. If you don't feel an obstruction, it went down to greener pastures. If you feel resistance, try to trap it on the snake by rotating it at the obstruction and pulling it out. If you can't trap it, shove it down. The waste line is 3" in diameter. Sometimes it goes up to 4". Plenty of room for the scrub. Good Luck.

if its in the toilet you will need to get it out use a plumbing snake or in worst case take toilet up from the flool and remove it the wax seal on the bottom of the toilet is only about $1 but after it is out of the toilet the sewer pipes get bigger and it will go down.

You could do 2 things.....use a "snake" ;( the mechanical ones not the slithery ones) to get it out or call a plumber.

I wouldn't try too much on your own to get it out cause it could cause more problems.
