Its the usual why how and where. What causes global warming? What can we do it about it as individuals to reduce the problem? There is a lot to write about.Jets are the biggest polluters of carbon dioxide. The amount of time we travel in cars can be reduced as cars emit fumes. Car pooling is one solution. Our country is gearing towards energy efficient lights/All houses by 2008 will be required to have energy efficient lights. A great idea. These are a few ideas.Hope it helps.

Try the websites for national geographic.
Gloabl worming - no, sorry global warming - is a catchall phrase that does not really mean anything, so tell you audience first what you are going to discuss: Define it first.
1. World goes through climate change regardless of mankind
2. Man did not cause the climate change, though pollution is a nasty outgrowth of industry.
3. Individuals can go to several extremes to help pollution problems:
use fluorescent light bulbs,
grow stuff organically,
recycle all available stuff,
buy second hand at every opportunity (cept toilet paper and Teflon frying pans, almost all else can be bought second hand )
drive 10 miles LESS a week to reduce petrol usage
And exercise and eat healthily, please

ok, this is just how to write your essay...if that was your question? sorry if its a stupid answer
well, first of all, you need a good lead to begin your essay. something like all the problems global warming can produce/lead to.
after that, you should have body paragraphs to describe the cause and effect. the first paragraph should be somthing like what causes global warming, background info on global warming, etc.
the second paragraph you can include date/ whatever you need to have/ maybe some stats on global warming/etc.
the third paragraph could be about what an individual can do to reduce global warming.
any extra facts or stuff you want to include can go in the fourth/fifth paragraph.
hope this helps!!!!!!!!!!!!!
