i used clr and bleach and a razor blade it's note going away

It is mostly Calcium buildup

try scratching it with your nails, i did that to mine and it went away.

It may not all be calcium buildup - and vinegar will work better than bleach to dissolve the calcium deposits if it is.

If the tank's been used for high-pH species (cichlids, saltwater), or the tapwater has a high pH where you live, the higher pH can cause the glass to become etched. The only way to get rid of the cloudiness is to have the surface of the glass remelted (flame polished) which is risky - the tank can crack. If vinegar won't remove it, chances are, it's permanent. Some of the cloudy appearance will go away when the tank's filled, but not entirely.

bleach, razor blade, cir WHAT THE HELL MAN YOUR ARE YOU TRYING TO KILL YOUR FISH.
Your tank is cloudy, could it be that you have an acrylic tank?
Where did you buy your tank from. it might be that your tank was damaged im not sure what it is but im sure magicman (great big hog of points) will tell you some wild answer that will solve your problem

bleach is a no no it will kill your fish i would not use that tank again

woah dude chill out!!! they never siad they actually have fish in the tank....
