I am thirteen years old, uhm...I am not obese, but I am overweight. If I only ate some fruit and vegetables (maybe) and then dinner, how much weight would I lose and how fast?
If it's not a lot, I will just cut out the fruits and vegetables, because my cousin said his friend (girl) did that and she lost a LOT of weight. D: I am desperate and I am absolutely desperate enough to go bulemic again or try anorexic.
I wear big shirts and hoodies, because I am so ashamed. My Oma even tells me I need to lose weight, but my mom says I'm not fat at all when I am! I would ask her for help, but she won't do it! She is convinced I'm not fat and she is the only one. Even one of my good friends said I was chunky...
Please, just tell me how much I will lose and how fast. I don't want to hear that it's the wrong way to go. I'll do it anyways, and if people don't help me with that, I will go withn my second idea...
