I have been scammed by a currently online ebay seller.
They just ignore my requests since October 06
I would like to make their online experience miserable for them,
eBay has been no help

after 90 days your out of luck to post negative feedback.
eBay has an armada of lawyers to protect themselves,
eBays claims of resolution are false.
File a complaint and they close out the specific complaint process.
And it costs a significant amount up front to file a small claims complaint.
I have filed complaints with the ftc, fbi, bbb, sheriff of ascension parish, usps, consumer protection of Louisiana and Wisconsin.
I want to get even for jerking me around, we need regulation as business is not self regulating,

Have you filed your complaint with Ebay ? If you paid through paypal you could file a complaint through them as well. A lot of transactions through Ebay, when paid with paypal, are automatically protected by Paypals buyer protection plan. Did you leave negative feedback in their profile?

Also you can post on the Ebay forums, there is some great advise from other members there about what they have done.

I had a similar case with a seller.
If 60 days run out from the sale, eBay doesn't give a flying rat's posterior about you. Nice, eh?
I was able to get the replacement parts sent to me, by posting a question/message on each of his active listings asking how come he scammed me.
Contacted me the same day. Duh, other buyers can see those messages so it's bad rep for him.

Easy one - just create a new "fake" ebay account, then go in & buy a bunch of that seller s items... then never pay.

File in a civil court, and if necessary take eBay to court as well for failing to protect your investment and protecting you.

If you interfer with their other auctions, then YOU will be the one in trouble so I'd advise against that.

It sounds like you've done everything you can do. Just let it go.

Find out what else they are selling, outbid everyone else then tell them you changed your mind. Do it every time they try selling something. Word of advice don't always use your screen name or the same computer.
