Either ask him out on a date, or invite him to hang out with you. Just hanging out doesn't have the same effect as a date, but it should give you some idea of whether he likes you or not. Good night!

Ask him to hang out after work.
If you can't figure this out, I have to wonder if you are old enough to be in a relationship (or even have a job).
