I understand your desperation. Everytime I feel like I've eaten so much I would always want to resort to anything possible. But going with the extremes is not at all a good idea. You should definitely workout EVERYDAY for about 2 hours. Run for an hour and 1/2. Then do streches for 30 minutes. If you own magazins try doing those exercise routines you'd usually find in seventeen or cosmo girl everyday also. Additionally, if you are still up for it, every night before you go to bed do 100 crunches and add 10 more every time. But don't forget that you can't really lose alot of weight that fast unless you do something extreme. (although i wouldn't reccommend it) Just work your way up and eventually you'll get there.
Also, by exercising, you'll definitely boost your self-esteem and confidence! So work hard! Good luck! You'll see results in no time if you stick with the schedule. :)

Sounds good, but you do need to eat some meat every now and then because of the iron. Most meats are safe for you; it's just how it's prepared that's bad (like fast food). Bar-b-q is a good way to prepare meat because you're just cooking the thing with fire and you don't need any cooking oil. Also, you don't want to lose weight fast because it'll come back with a vengenance and you'll end up getting it back and then gaining some more.
And exercise. That's always a good idea.
News flash for you: guys don't want sticks. If we really wanted a girl with a visible ribcage, we'd jerk off to the Paris Hilton sex tape. A bit of fat is sexy as long as it's proportionate and symetrical for your body type.
Christ, you're fine at 21.9. It's at 25 and over that you should be concerned about. Ask your parents to check you into rehab.

Honestly, I think you need to talk to your doctor. Sounds like you have issues with your weight that we here can't advise you on. I know mother's always tell their daughters they look graet, whether they're skinny or fat, it's something that all mother's do. It's because they care and don't care what other's think, which is the way you should be thinking also.
But, aside from me advising you to talk to a doctor, I will say this much about your weight loss plan. It sucks. By skipping meals, and only eating *some fruits and vegetables* you will do the complete opposite of what you want to do. Your body will go into starvation mode and will actually store the fat instead of burning it. By not eating, you are only hurting yourself, not helping.
If you really want to lose weight, do it the safe way, not by giving yourself a crazy eating disorder like bulimia or anorexia. Cut out junk food, drink nothing but water, eat lots of fruit and veges and meats with protein (chicken and lean cuts of beef). You should eat 5 or so small meals a day, not 3 large meals. Portion size is key.
And if you've got friends that are telling you that you're fat, they aren't your friends. A real friend won't tell you you're fat, they'd support you and help you out if you wanted to lose weight.

You should eat fruit and veggies but also carbohydrates, protein, and a little fat. If you don't eat a well balanced diet your body will use muscle to fuel your body and your body won't burn as much fat. A healthy amount of weight to lose in a week is 10% of your current weight (1-2 lbs for someone 150). The first week you may lose more because of water weight. If you are dropping more than that you will be more likely to gain the weight back plus more because your metabolism will be slowed down by the lack of a balanced diet.

Ok, I agree with a lot of people on here. Especially the second answer. Skipping meals will make your body and brain think that you are hungry and you will gain versus lose weight. Also, guys don't want stick thin girls. They want curves and a "little meat" as they say. You'll understand that when you get older. Go a diet, ( a real one) there is no way to lose weight fast. And purging will always, and I repeat always add 50 pounds give or take down the road.
Your idea about fruits and veggies was very smart. Good thinking girl! Just eat 3 meals a day. NO junk food, no soda, no candy. Oh, and bread adds pounds too. Work out. Remember this: If you eat at night, and skip breakfast, then it throws your body all out of whack. You have to build your metabolism enough to burn calories.
"I don't want to hear that it's the wrong way to go. I'll do it anyways, and if people don't help me with that, I will go withn my second idea..."
I think that is unfair. It is as if you are threatening us to give you false information on how to lose weight fast, when there is no way. And it is wrong. Not to me, but to you. Think about what purging does to your throat. Who would want to kiss you? Or other things that you may do when you get older. Take care of your body, wear it with pride!

well, there are 2 a few things you can do.
1)do at least 10,000 steps a-day. invest in a pedometer[optional] and do a lot of walking. Even try exercising for 30 minutes [minimum] a day.
2)junk food is an absolute no-no. It may taste good but it is very inhealthy. but its okay sometimes but making it rare is the best way to go. Cut candy out. thats too much unnessary sugar your body needs.
3)Make sure you eat at least 3 meals a day. start with breakfast and make sure its nutricious. that will boost your metabolism for the day and keep you going for the rest of it.
**Bulimia and anorexia is no joke, so do not result urself into this. not only is it dangerious but its a hard thing to cope with and a bad choice for anyone to make**
i hope i helped you :]

Eating that many servings of fruits and vegetables will probably give you some pretty serious diarrhea (sorry, but it's true). Why don't you look at cutting back on the fat that you eat, increase your fruits and veggies (within reason), take a multi-vitamin every day, cut out all soda-pop, drink lots of water and start walking more. You will lose weight.

I actually gain weight when i start skipping meals...they say it puts your body into the mind set that it is starving so it start storing fat. i would say the best thing for you to do is just eat vegetables and some fruit and cut out any sugary drinks like soda they just put on chub hope this helps and don't be too mean to your body it is the only one you will ever have

First off you are only 13, and noone should be saying to you that you are fat. You still are growing and maturing and you are going to mess your entire life up if you listen to these people telling you that you are fat. Fruits and Veggies are great, you also need to drink alot of water, water, water water, take vitamin/mineral's a day, exercise, you need to eat from all the food groups. Take it from a model, who just lost 40 lbs, it didn't happen overnight, and you didn't put it on overnight, so, you need to lose the healthy way, not by not eating or throwing up. You are only 13, and you are heading down a very dangerous road if you don't eat the right foods, drink plenty of water, take vitamins. let me tell you how I did and am still doing it. I eat basically what I want, I just eat like kid size portions, or put it on a small plate or saucer, and eat every few hours, this way you feel like you are not hungry, you are always eating, just not to the point you are going to bust like I used too, cut the sugar, which isn't my thing, I still use things with sugar in it, rather eat, but, you need to know how many calories you need to take in in order to lose. But, if you will just eat regular food, meals, but, little ones, I promise you will lose. I've paid big bucks to find this simple solution out..it's all in the calories, and at first I wasn't eating and wasn't losing, and they told me, I wasn't eating enough, that my body was holding on to everything because it thinks it's starving. I seriously doubt you are fat or chunky or whatever, listen to your mom, who are you trying to impress? Your friends? It's like I've told my own daughters who are tall, can eat anything they want, look like Victoria Secret Models, and they are in college now, don't try and impress anyone, but, yourself...friends will come and go, but, family is always there, it's just like boys will come and go, you are so young, your body is still growing/maturing, and what you call chunky, a year from now, you will start having growth spurts, growing taller and the baby fat will go....you just need to get out and exercise and have fun, and you will be surprised how trim you will be just by taking walks, or joining track, or softball or any sport in school, and in the summer swim, it's easy and fun and you don't even know you are exercising. I just don't want you to try and be like these stars, those pics are airbrushed, they sit there all day getting made-up by specialist to look like they look, they have personal trainers, you don't want to do something to your body now that you will regret or maybe even die from, just chill a little, forget about the weight, and if you do this, and take pride in yourself, and have confidence in yourself, then you won't have to diet, you really need to listen to your mom...kids your age think and treat people without realizing how they are hurting other's, and I know about peer pressure and stuff, by having my own grown daughters...but, if you would just get active, go to your room and put on some good fun music and dance away, that will help tone you up, and quit wearing the baggy clothes, you don't need them to be too tight either, but, you are trying to hide your body, and this only makes it look bigger than you really are...why don't you talk to your school counselor about this, I think you need someone besides your friends telling you about this stuff...be sweet, and stop thinking like that.
