I need to improve my credit score within a six month period in order to refinance my home at a better rate than the one I currently have. My loan to income ratio is high because I am single and on a fixed income but live with my boyfriend who has income, but no credit. Specifically, we signed for an auto loan together hoping for a better rate even though it was purchased with the intension he would be making the payments from his pay. I prefer to remain on the title, as it is, because I provided the down payment. The problem I have now is that on my credit report this auto loan adds an additional and hefty liability to my already stretched debt to income ratio. Any way to improve this outlook for my credit score? One reporting agency shows the loan as a "joint" account, the other as a "co-signed" loan. Do they effect my score differently? It has created stress between us because if he pays late, it's reported on my account. Any ideas besides selling or splitting up?

ok, when i tell you this, dont tell me to see a theripest cause i cant.... but anyway. starting a few months ago i had this though in my head. the though was "what if im really not alive? that my entire life is just like a dream or a figment of someones imagnation?" whenever i dont think about it i feel fine and normal. but when the thought enters my head (which is almost all the time) i feel like my whole life, everything, is just not real. and i feel like im not real. but when i try not to think about it cause when i dont i feel fine. but i always do and when ever that thought is in my head, im sooooo miserable because i feel like me, my friends, the, everything is just not real. i cant talk to any one cause i tried telling some people but they just dont under stand, u guys prolly dont understand fully, but i was wondering if anyone had any advice to make me not think about it, or any other advice?
I asked this question before, and i got some pretty good advice. but nothing seems

I know he's my brother in law but not for long because he and my sister are seperated. In my opinion, I never liked him. He's a nut case, his family's dysfuctional and he's been charged with trespassing and robbery before and now he has a gun. I don't like having a family member owning a gun or having a guy in my house who owns a gun. What if he has it in the car or hidden somewhere in his pockets when he's in my house? He has a police record. Don't gun stores check for buyer's background to be sure he never commited a crime? He hasn't done anything bad to me or my sister or my family but god knows what's on his mind. I don't know what to do. I don't know what he's buying the gun for and I don't want to approach him about it, making him upset and my sister doesn't know why he has a gun and my sister acted like she didn't care. But then what else is new? She NEVER acts like she cares about anything.
