having a conviction can be a pain when trying to change your life. can the conviction be reduced or removed in any way?

I bought a car from a private party. Call me stupid but I just got in a accident and needed a car fast because my job involves alot of driving. Well i ought the car for 3,000 and the repairs are major totalling a little more than 3,000 we are talking Strut ,power steering, timing belt, water pump and allignment, and god knows what else.You can't even drive the car it shakes so bad and when you stop good luck. So needless to say i cannot even drive the thing. The owner I am now finding out he buys salvaged cars and fixes them up and sells them well he has sold more than he should without a liscence to sell, and he never told me when i bought the car that it had been restored cause it was salvage which makes me mad i would have never bought the car now knowing what i know, which is probably why the car drives like it does and has as many problems as it does. any one with advice i have tried to get my money back and his attitude is tuff you bought it you got screwed that is your problem.

so some of you have probably heard the story from Sacramento about a ride called The Screamer. Well some neighbors of the ride don't like the screaming and had the parkput a no screaming policy on it...... so if you scream you get kicked off the ride. Now they want to try and get rid of the ride all together........ do you think the neighbors are right to do this?

I'm a natural skeptic and tend to question everything. I think growth and prosperity are best served by limited government, so I am a constant basher of government and the worthless politicians that steal the money of productive people to give to unproductive people. I have been called a cynic from time to time. All of that said, I do not believe for one second that the government had anything to do with 9-11 beyond it's shocking incompetence in performing its duty to protect the US and its citizens. i have a lab who was mated with another lab on day 10 of her season, the male lab had been neutered 10 day prior ( accidental mating)
she still has a slight swollen vulva, enlarged nipples, loves to cuddle more, she has slight swelling under her rib cage. she is on day 28 now. She has also lost a little bit of fur around her nipples. She seems hungry all the time now. Her season did seem to stop very quicky usually lasts about 3-4 weeks by day 15 she has no discharge what so ever

So last night I was at a woods party for my friends birthday. we're all sitting around a campfire and someone I know made the claim that if you throw a cinderblock into the fire, the cinderblock will actually blow itself apart and send chunks flying a few feet away after a few minutes in the fire.

I don't think it will but he claims to have seen it before firsthand, and several others agreed with him. I don't think it's likely but hell, ya never do know.


unfortunately we didn't happen to have a cinderblock handy to test it out.

Is it illegal to HAND pull a dirtbike down a road(public)? I have a friend I can ride with about 135 ft(google mapped) down hill... Also, from personal experience, will a DB fit into a minivan without the 2 back rows?
