I'm a natural skeptic and tend to question everything. I think growth and prosperity are best served by limited government, so I am a constant basher of government and the worthless politicians that steal the money of productive people to give to unproductive people. I have been called a cynic from time to time. All of that said, I do not believe for one second that the government had anything to do with 9-11 beyond it's shocking incompetence in performing its duty to protect the US and its citizens. These idiots from the lunatic left who further this nonsense are complete idiots, would you agree?

I don't think you can label a small number of conspiracy theorists 'the left'. If this is so, then you are suggesting about half the population of the US believes that the US was behind 9/11. I would then suggest that if this was the case the current government would have been quickly disposed of.

There are certain war hawks on the right who have been pushing for war with Iran. It doesn't extend to legitimize the comment that 'the right wants war with Iran'

You're talking about the fringe, nothing more. Fringe beliefs just get around more thanks to the internet.

Thank goodness, the number of people who actually believe this incredible b---s--- is limited to a small group of paranoid wackos who have demonstrated an amazing capacity for obstinate stupidity. I know a lot of democrats who think they are idiots too.

You can live in your wonderful world, where you can´t cuestion your own statements, where your government care of you.
At the real world, people like Bush and other don't care. They are more than able to plan and to kill thousands of civilians just for business. Do you remember "Katrina". Who is in charge of reconstruccion budget?
Next time, hesitate. Ask again. Hesitate.

Ah, I don't agree. They are not idiots.

If they acknowledge that it was done by people who want to destroy us, then something must be done to stop them. Since war is out of the question, and negotiation impossible, it is easier to invent a fantasy.

As long as you can separate this radical fringe of conspiracy theorists from liberal progressives, I'm with you. Just don't paint everyone on the left with their tainted brush, because I'm a liberal democrat and I think they are full of crap.

sure. I think anyone who believes the US plotted 9-11 is misguided, no matter how you define their intelligence or overall political stance.
