Nitrogen - Phosphorus - Potassium are necessary for plants to live. Without these three they would die. So from your list The fertilizer is the most important
Plants synthesize many of the vitamins that animals require. However there is some evidence that plants benefit from vitamins, though. When growing plants in tisssue culture, it
is often helpful or even necessary to add some of the B vitamins. Specifically B1, B6, niacin and B12 are used.

Fertilizer is designated by the the standard N-P-K.
Fish meal may have an NPK as high as 12:4:4. Kelp meal has a 1-0-2 NPK. These are two of the most basic elements in building a good organic fertilizer.
For example;

Organic Fertilizer for Irises;
1 c. alfalfa meal
1 c. fish meal
1 c. greensand
1/2 c. bone meal
1 c. gypsum (wear a dusk mask!)
Mix well and apply 1 - 2 c. two times a year.

OR
1 part kelp meal
2 parts alfalfa meal
4 parts any combination cottonseed, fish and/or soybean meal
1 part rock phosphate
Wear a dusk mask and use gloves!
Mix well. Apply 1 - 2 c. per clump twice a year

ROSE WAKEUP
1 gallon warm tea
1 T Ivory dish washing detergent
1 T vitamin B-1 fertilizer
1 T epsom salts
1 T hydrogen peroxide
1 T liquid iron
3 T gypsom

University of Pennsylvania's Morris Arboretum in Philadelphia:
In a large bucket combine
1 cup alfalfa meal
1 cup fish meal
1 cup greensand
1 cup gypsum
1/2 cup bonemeal.
Use your hands or a trowel to mix the ingredients well. Sprinkle the fertilizer around the base of your roses, and gently scratch it into the soil with a hand cultivator. This formula makes enough for one large rosebush or several small ones, and it's best applied in early spring. You can double, triple or even quadruple the recipe and store the leftovers in an airtight container.

Foliar Feed Recipe #1
2 T fish fertilizer
1 T liquid seaweed
1 T blackstrap molasses
1 gallon water

Mix all ingredients well, pour mix into spray bottle and spray on plants, be sure to get the undersides of leaves as well. Can be used on annuals, perennials, roses, vegetables and fruit trees. Can be used as soon as first set .

What the N-P-K does for te plant.
Nitrogen:
(For producing leaf growth and greener leaves)

Compost manure 0.5
Dried blood 12-15
Cottonseed meal 7
Cocoa bean and peanut shells 1
Bone meal 4

(For proper seed development; hastens maturity; increased seed yield and flower production; fruit and vitamin content; increased resistance to winterkill and diseases)

Phosphate rock 30-32
Bone meal 21
Dried blood 3
Cottonseed meal 2.5

Potassium:
(For promoting early growth; improves stem strength and cold hardiness; better color, flavor and keeping quality of fruits and vegetables; good for root system)

Manures and compost 2.7
Granite dust 5
Greensand 5

I don't know about all those specific vitamins, of course "fertilizer" is an obvious choice, and let me turn you on to this stuff,; SuperThrive. It comes in a small brown rectangle bottle cluttered with printing on its lables & even its cap. Been around for at least 50 years & is supposed to be plant hormones--it also has lots of B vitamins, you can smell 'em. It literally takes only a couple drops per gallon of water so don't be scared by the price--which I don't think is all that outrageous. I've used it for years & it really works!

Those fed organic fertilizer; being more well-balanced and providing needed minerals, plants will grow and flourish. Vitamin B is used when you transplant to help soften transplant shock.
