what can i do to put a stop to these butt cramps im having it seem like arrows are shooting straight up my butt

this happen evertime i get my period

You should have this evaluated by your dr to see what could be causing this.

I used to have cramps on evry period but since i started to do exercise i'm super fine,...but super..believe me..Try midol or advil...good luck
