Sorry, I don't know where the edit button is(you can point it out) so I'll jsut reword the question.

Is it illegal to HAND pull a dirtbike down a road(public)? I have a friend I can ride with about 135 ft(google mapped) down hill... Also, from personal experience, will a DB fit into a minivan without the 2 back rows?

Just to add.... Yes I mean PULL, theres hardly any cars on that road, 6-8 each day. It's a drive, only reason someone would go in it is because the live there.

ALSO, I'm in New York, 1hr away from city.

Yes, you may walk (push) your bike next to the road. If it is not running, there is no problem. Going home (uphill) will be a little tougher.

I don't think it's illegal to try to bump start a bike down a hill, no. Not a smart thing to do in certain areas, so be careful, but I sure don't know what law would be broken by doing this.
The mini-van question, yeah if it's a 2 row seat van, taking out all the rear seats should get a bike in there, at least on it's side, so be prepared to take the tank off, and probably the battery, so you don't turn your van into a bomb. Ford Aerostars have lots of height in the cargo area, best for hauling stuff.

Yes, a dirt bike will fit in a mini van. I've seen a Harley in the back of a van. How do you hand pull a dirt bike? Don't you mean push? If you pulled it, it would fall over. Ha
