My family has lots of food issues to overcome. I am diabetic and my 6 year old has Celiac disease. I am looking for new receipes to try. Help...........I'm tired of always eating the same things over and over.

My boyfriend wants to get me a kitten and I don't think my mom will allow it. We already have a dog that my mom got me for Christmas about 8 years ago, and we share the responsibilities of caring for her between the two of us. I feed her every day and play with her when I come home, but since I almost never take her for walks, my mom doesn't think I'm responsible enough to care for another animal, though I disagree.
I have a job that pays every week and I pay the insurance and gas on my car...assuming I actually get this animal, it will be entirely mine and not a family pet like the dog we have--meaning I will have to pay for food, litter boxes, toys and the like in addition to the other bills I have.
I don't think a kitten will be as demanding as a puppy (though I bet they probably destroy furniture more...), but I don't know what sort of argument to present to my mom to convince her I can handle the responsibility.

What should I say to prove I can handle the extra burden?

I have had three vets check it out, and they seem to find no reason for it... her breath smells like a dead deer. What's the deal?

P.S. She hates meat/meat product. She refuses to eat any wet or canned food. She enjoys bananas and lettuce though. She'll eat dry cat food.

I am a freshmen and college and got diagnosed with fibromyalgia this year. My pain is getting worse and worse and my doctor has done little to help me. I am going to see a specialist (rheumatologist) May 21 and was wondering if anybody has any good ideas of what questions I should ask him, or what I should make sure to tell him about my symptoms. I was told I should track my pain and sleep habits everyday which I am doing but I want this doctor to help me and if anybody has any good suggestions or even suggestions on what to do or even to ask for.. it would be greatly appreciated.

This is not a global question this is a question from a western percpective. Global warming will mess up the world. But the impact on the US and the West will be much less than the cost to try and prevent it. Rainfall in North America will is projected to increase (a fact). Water levels will rise but we are not heavily populated we can adapt easily. If the west limits its pollution, the worlds biggest polluters (India, China, and Brazil) will continue anyways. China would never agree to reduce their pollution so why should we do anything. Don't worry the end of the world is not near, the only impact this will have is that people in the third world will die in epic amounts. If the population declines pollution will generally decline as well.

The fact is population is the number one source of pollution. The world cannot sustain such a large population with such living standards. If you really want to save the world go kill some chinese (a joke).

i have an epson stylus photo 960 and need to get replacement cartridges. the last time i bought cartridges, i bought some no-name brand and it was terrible. they were only like $4/cartridge but half of them did not work. it was clogged and pretty much unusable.

i'm just wondering if the particular no-name brand i bought was just bad or if all no-name cartridges are no good. my printer takes 7 cartridges so it would cost about $80 for me to get genuine Epson. anyone have any experience or knowledge with this?

Is anyone else considering taking a break from Y!A R&S because of the outrageous abuse of the report function?

People are dropping like flies because uptight butthole trolls can't stand that some of us don't agree with them, and Yahoo is doing jack crap about it. Godzilla, Laptop Jesus, Acid Zebra, and my very first account was deleted due to numerous baseless, bogus reports.

By the way, I don't know if I'm actually taking a sabbatical, but I'm seriously considering it and wanted to know if anyone else was as well.
