You can lose 2-3 lbs. a week meaning14-21 lbs. a month. If you lose anything more than 21lbs. a month you will suffer from rapid weight loss meaning your body and heart won't have enough time to adjust to the body differences. Causing serious heart problems and other body deficiencies. Don't lose too much too soon is all I am saying. And follow the weight loss numbers I listed up above to begin healthy weight loss.

You could loose up to about 12 pounds if you worked out and ate really health.
If you went on a crash diet, you know - not eating barely anything and working out 1 hr+ per day, you could loose 30 pounds. I know several people who have done that. Most gained the weight back, but one person didn't.
Crash diet is not as healthy, but if it is urgent to loose weight, there really is nothing much wrong with it.

You can loose 20 pounds in a month if you go on a water fast. Than means basically stop eating except for water and vitamin C.
After about 3 days your body will start to 'heat up' and start eating itself.
It can be done but you need to focus on it like a project. And you will need to become a little anti-social, but it is only for a month.

i found the e book to be very informative and ordinary to study. i've got lost 17 pounds in 12 days, i'm in simple terms worried that i'm dropping too lots weight, too immediately. i will admit i've got no longer observed the instruction manual precisely. i'm no longer sticking completely to the listed meals and meal plans (yet quite often) and doing little or no workout, however the load keeps flying off. It needless to say works and if i could observed it precisely i think of it may scare the residing daylights out of me through quantity that i could lose. So thank you back for the innovations. i haven't offered something like this in the previous because of the fact they are in many situations packed with trash, yet 3WD has been a delightful ask your self. commence as we communicate!

Maybe 4-10, perhaps more, but too much is unhealthy.
1-2 a weeks is considered safe.
