I don't think censorship works- Kids listen to crap because it is contrary and upset adults. Jump up and down will just convert them to it more. But since when are Libs banning works of "art" Also= why so selective? -Just teenage kids music- How about a cross in a jar of urine?

It was actually one of the things I like about Tipper. Free speech is for adults. Let's let our children be children.

No one is banning it, just labeling it. Helps parents know what their kids are listening to. And, since when do we automatically assume our teens will rebel? My parents didn't assume that about us, and we didn't.

It difficulty me that you look to view it as "Tipper Gore", somewhat than a bipartisan nutty panel from both area of the aisle. a common dogs and pony instruct. the favored political nonsense the position they mess about in some thing, they haven't any ideal to regulate. that's why it became run by a collection of layabout political different halves. in evaluation to maximum different censorship tries it ended somewhat harmlessly with a parental advisory sticky label. huge whoop hardly the equivalent of the Comics' code or perhaps the movie rankings board.

I remember it well. That is why I started following politics. Noone is going to tell me what I can and cannot do. Twisted Sister wrote some of the greatest meassages in some of their songs. Like "Captain Howdy" It is about the liberal twits letting child molesters off the hook for what they did.

Frankly, it was not one of the Gore's better moments.

However, his fame will not be that, but rather calling
the country to arms over global warming.

People can be both good and bad. Its a bad idea
to discount the message just 'cause you don't like
the messenger.
