ok all i want is a flat tones stomach for some reason i see girls who way more than me with flatter stomachs .. why is that??? i only weigh 115 and im 5'7 but i see girls that are like 5'5 and weigh 120( not saying thats bad or anything) with flatter stomachs then me .... could it be im just bloated ???


yesterday i did 250 situps at one time 150 cruches then 100 situps
then today i did the same with then an additional 150 cruches about 20 minuets later


if it is just bloating then how can i getrid of it or prevent bloating

I saw an HBO sports special on racism in soccer stadiums wow!! How seriously is it. from the piece fans make monkey nioses threw bananas, one italian player scored and hailed hitler to the supporters in the stands and the footage looked recent. I have a car that I am still paying off but I want to get my name off it from financing since it is my daughter who uses this and the dealer just used my credit to buy it at that time because she was only 17. does anyone think all the people on here who refute even the possibility of life outside our planet would be the same ones who just absolutely knew the word was flat if this was 500 years ago. my point is knowledge changes with time so why try to state something is absolutely wrong when we can't know for sure.
