Those girls may be skiner than you and way more because, they might have more muscle than fat (even if they don't look like they have muscle) and muscle way more than fat. Working out a couple times wont make much of a difference, you have to really try and keep working out and eat better too.

Yo
If you have weight to lose ab exercising is not the top thing to do.
You have to start having a healthy and exercise cardiovascular stuff, it makes you lose weight, builds muscles throughout whole body, and gives you a stronger heart.
Start living healthier, it benefits you not only the healthy way, but its fun and it makes you confident and happy.
Practicing everyday doesn't benefit you. It reduces the muscles. I only practice three times a week on sundays, tuesdays, and fridays; to give My muscles time to rest, restore, and grow.
If you want perfect results it'll show within 1.5-2 months.
Speaking of exercises. Situps and crunches are the worst exercises, this has been proven by scientists. But you can still benefit from situps with adding weight plates on your chest and exercise.
The best exercise for abs is the bicycle (its not a bike its just a name). The second best is the plank.
Here is a schedule as an examle with using situps (ofcourse you will practice 3 times a week so you have to range in the exercises, but we'll put situps in consideration)
first week
sun, tues, fri you do all of the exercises each of these days. but i will show one exercise, situps W/weights.
SUN 15x3
TUES 15x4
FRI 15X5
nEXT WEEK
Sun 17x3
tues 17x4
fri 17x5
Next week add 2 Reps again or 3 if u want if 3 than 20
Sun 20x3
Tues 20x4
fri 20x5
and as weeks pass keep doing the same thing.
and stick with a diet
You can search the internet for good ab exercises
but the best five are
http://exercise.about.com/cs/abs/tp/abexercises.htm
and for girls weighing more than you and have a flat stomache is because they are eating and training so what they are gaining is lean body mass
Hope you get that damn cool slim stomache with abs, good luck

Ab exercises will only strengthen the abdominal muscles, it won't make that area leaner. For that, you have to reduce your bodyfat content - you cannot spot reduce or tone, even if you do 1000 situps a day (which I don't recommend - you can overtrain abs just like any other muscle group).
A person's weight doesn't necessarily reflect their body composition, or percentage of lean muscle, bone and fat tissue. So, someone can weigh a bit more than someone else because they have a little more lean muscle mass but far less bodyfat, so they would actually appear trimmer and more fit.
So, to get the flatter tummy you hafta reduce bodyfat through proper diet and exercise in order to maximize lean muscle mass and reduce total bodyfat. Also, if you do work out your abs, it's better to work on better stimulating the muscle through properly working the exercise, rather than sheer volume. You'll get much better results in a lot less time. Be sure you allow them a chance to recover as well.

Your ab muscles must be very tight. The problem is that you have fat over them so you don't see a flat stomach. Situps in your current position will only make your stomach seem larger because the muscles build up behind the fat and push it out. You need to start an aerobic cardiovascular regimin. Try jogging for 15 minutes a day or something like that. Go for a mile walk, swim a mile at the pool, etc.

First of all, if you're doing that many sit-ups a day, it's no challenge for your abs. You have to make it more challenging to do. 15 to 20 reps should be sufficient if you're doing them correctly. Try holding your crunch for three to five seconds and lead with your chin, not the top of your head. Never pull with your hands and exhale at the top of the movement. Make sure that you also hit your obliques and lower back for a complete core workout. You should do these every other day. Give your core time to rest and recoup. Peace.

Definately aerobic exercise. But unlike mentioned before, your stomach is the LAST place you will lose fat from. So you just have to keep the aerobics up for a while before you see results.
And drink lots of water also. When you don't drink enough your body stores it inside and you are in essence bloated. Drink enough water and you will lose that stored up water weight.

You should build a little muscle and lose some fat, by watching your diet carefully and exercising 4-5 times a week for an hour each time.
