My friend has told me that his laptop is filled with viruses, loads of spyware, and just general junk, and he said that if i can restore it to a brand new condition he will pay me, I know there is software out there, but I can seem to find any.

Anyone able to help me please? :)

Now, in quoteing the bible, word for word, from the New International Version, how did I "take it out of context".

What does that mean exactly, all I did was ask a question, if there was something wrong with it.

Should I quote from the King James Version?

Is the Bible the word for word of god, and if so, what is god saying in Matthew 6:5-6?

Driving a stick-shift.
My friend does this all the time with his stick-shift car and encourages me to do it.
He shifts down to 2nd gear to slow down the car, followed by brakes to a full stop.
My problem is that the engine sounds to me like it's struggling. He claims it's not bad to do this (for either the engine or the transmission).

I know this "uses" the transmission/engine, but does it "damage" them over a short period of time?

I moved up here for my husband. He told me that I could get a better job and we would be able to make it better up here VS. Ohio. He is simply trying to get a rise out of Christians. It seems like it's a big game to him. He tries to anger us and when we respond, he accuses us of hypocrisy. So, instead of responding to him, maybe we should just pray for him instead. Does anyone agree?

ok, so like a week ago I met this guy I like that I've met like 3 times, and we've talked twice, and I see him once a week for an hour at an english group...So, what can I talk to him about and do to get him to like me? and how can I tell if he likes me? Jesus died, and went to Hell for a few days. In those days he obviously had the ability to beat Satan, once and for all.

If a person has the ability to beat Evil (and as we all know, Satan is pure evil), but chooses not to defeat Evil... Isn't that the biggest sin anybody could ever do?

And these days we celebrate that Jesus didn't defeat Satan? We are a weird bunch of people, really.

I'm confused as a woman gets older and has been using various methods to get rid of hair all her life, doesn't it get difficult as she ages? Their skin starts to sag and get wrinkly, so isn't it painful? People are in their late 40's and up what method do they use to get rid of unwanted hair?
