Right now, I just look bulky. Only my forearms and calves are showing definition.

I use 3 and 5 pound dumbbells for upper body, high reps and low sets; and 5 and 8 pound dumbbells for lower body, high reps low sets. 3-4 days a week. Abs everyday.

I do at least 30 minutes of cardio, 4 days a week (OK, I TRY...I'm getting better and more committed now). Treadmill, running hills outside, Spin class, Step aerobics.

A week ago we brought home a german shepherd puppy he is now 9 weeks old. From day one we have taken him for walks...more like tried to walk him. Once I get him so far from the house he seems to loosen up and do better but still will stop and sit at almost every other door. He hates going outside unless its to go to the bathroom and its all business.... go out, go potty ,come back in, he doesn't give me a problem with this.When we walk I try to praise him once we get so far and play a little, then walk some more. I don't want to pull him but this is the only way I have found that he gets the idea that the walk is going to happen whether he wants it to or not.

i play guard and i can shoot form outside pretty good but i dribble and dribble and i cant seem to dribble lower because im short enough to play guard but not tall enough to play center. im afraid that my freshman coach will put me in the post b/c i cant dribble good enough. but i am too thin and short ( 6 '8) to play against 6ft grls. what drills can i do to improve?

My boyfriend and I have been dating for almost 4 years, in that period we have broken up about 5 times. He has broken up with me each and every one of those times claiming to need his freedom, which I always gave him. However this last time I broke up with him because I was having some family issues and just couldnt handle a boyfriend, that was about 5 months ago. Now its been all that time and hes called me a million times during this period and I just haven't taken his calls. Now though we are talking and he says he promises things are different now, hes differnt and I just need to let him prove it to me. And he has been really good for a few weeks but his friends just went to visit him, in his new hometown (we live in different states now) and hes reverted back to his old behavior...never calling me wen he says he will, ignoring my calls because hes out and its just killing my trust in him. Is it time for me to let go, even though I do love him or does he mean it this time? HELP

I've seen three therapists now, the last was a Psychologist. I'm seeing her currently but I'm thinking that no one can help me but me. I have social anxiety and I've talked about it and gotten what I felt out. But only I can make myself get out and do things, right? And until I do I'll be miserable, right? So should I just stop going to see her and start getting around more people and focused on things that I love? I'm taking guitar lessons monday.

I originally was going to breast feed but I had some recovery complications after my c-section. My son is doing really good on formula and don't want to change it now.

Is there anything that I can do or take that will help speed up the process. My breast hurt so bad and i want this to be over! Please any help would be great......

Im going on holiday to New York soon and i need to book it and i love this hotel but i also want to go to Times Square so i was wondering if its within walking distance?
