It's ok, I have food craving all the time for junk! What you really need to do is just start eating filling, healthy meals and in between those good meals eat snacks. At first it can be really hard to find things that you like and that benefit you but it's worth it, because you grow a taste for more kinds of foods and you feel better and have more long lasting energy and better concentration. Try snacks like dried fruit, pieces of fruit, tail mix, nuts, muesli bars, pureed apple, fruit salad, cut up veggies. For meals breakfast/dinner try low Sugar cereals, toast, yogurt, mashed potato, pasta. and try drink a cup of juice at breakfast and through out the day try drink two bottles of water a day (depending on your bottle size) Those should keep you full, but the first week of good eating you will have to say 'no' to those bad foods because the craving will strike hard, but after the first week it will get easier and you will probably enjoy it more and find new foods a easy recipes to keep you going. Good luck, be strong and don't give in!

I love junk food....it's a blessing that I was born with a fast metabolism. And no, the government has nothing to do with it. People are in charge of what the put in their mouths and how much (or if) they exercise...we need to quit shifting our responsibility for ourselves onto others.

I don't eat it. Its like injecting lethal poison into your body. Once the chemicals of Junk Food/ Fast Food are in your system, its difficult for your body to eliminate. It becomes addicting, that's why people continuously eat junk food because they have developed bad eating habits.

It it tasty. I realize it isn't the healthiest of foods, but i'm not exactly sure why. Sure there is lots of salt and fat...but there's lots of that in pizza too, and that doesnt have such a bad rap as for instance mcdee's. I think its okay in moderation. its easily accessible...they dont have drivethru 'subway's, do they? and no the government isnt a single person and does not "help" nor "harm" them cause it cant. people become overweight i imagine due to genetics and bad habits.

I love most junk food, and eat it once a day but i try not to eat it too much.
And it's not the governments' fault people are getting fat, it's their decision.

Okay..so, here's my opinion:
Junk food IS junk. I try to avoid it as much as possible. I rarely eat chips and that kind of junk..and I usually stay away from fast food restaurants. Usually, I try to go with milk, fruits, veggies, fruit bowls, crackers, bread sandwiches, ect...it's, at the least, healthier than junk food.
Oh, and I definately think that the government has helped and does help people become overweight.

I eat junk food. It's not good for me but it tastes good! I think the government certainly hasn't helped people not to become overweight, but ultimately we are responsible for our own choices.

We sure do eat it.
As far as the government being responsible no one is holding a gun to my head when we pull up to that drive up window.

junk food is delicious! I eat it, but not when im on a diet.
WE eat it, when we know it's unhealthy. So it is mostly our fault, why blame the government?
