I came off the pill last month and I haven't had a period since around Feb 26. I am still waiting. I have been off the pill before and got my period immediately but this time, nothing. Is it really possible to get pregnant this quick? I almost would feel a little bummed if it happened this quickly with out 'trying'

Why do atheists insist on using straw man arguments about Scripture that is taken out of the context in which it was written.

On the same note, why do you try to disprove the Christian faith with questions such as "A talking snake? How can you believe in that? Proof that God doesn't exist!"

That question is equivalent to a Christian stating "If we evolved from Monkeys then how come there are still Monkeys left?" to which many atheists rant about the stupidity of Christians. Do you not see how reciprocal the problem is?

So, here is my question, if you understand the futility of a lot of questions that Christians ask, why ask the same questions of us?

My laptop wasn't working: I just turned it one once and everything you clicked, internet, my pictures, everything wouldn't come up. The next morning my mother used recovery (F11) and went through the whole computer set up. She does not know a thing about computers and did not know what she was doing. After doing that we both releazied all of our files had been lost: Tons of family pictures, important files, saved emails, everything. It would be devestating to be unable to recover these files. Please tell me if there is a way to recover this or even if I would be able to take it to a computer shop and they would be able to recover the files. This is very important; yes I know we are idiots for doing recovery but I need to know how to fix it! Thank you

SO if our president seems to stand almost alone, on his view that Gonzales is what he says "honorable and honest" . Republicans have publically said the guys a liar, his own worker spilled everything, and the President still believes this man is "honorable and honest"?!? OR maybe President Bush use to be good friends with Mr. Gonzales, and Bush seems to put his friends before the good of the United States, Just ask Enron, and Haliburton...

This always comes to mind. If you can buy a car for $20K that gets around 35 miles per gallon, and you can buy a car for $30K that gets 40 miles per gallon, are you really doing the environment a favor? Basically, you have to drive back and forth to work to earn an extra $10K to buy that Hybrid? You have to earn at least 33% more to save 12%.
