I read Things on the internet all the time about the british complaining that America drug them into Iraq. Now, with Iran holding 15 of their military will they continue to downgrade America, the only country willing and able to kick Iran into the stone age?

The Iranian author, Ghazal Omid who wrote "Living in Hell", was interviewed.

She that the crackpot president of Iran will NEED WAR to stay respected and remain in power. He has pledged his life toward that goal. He will keep trying if this ploy does not work. He values his own head and promised his country would be at war!
If the UK & USA give him what he wants, we will suffer
for it.
He has home field advantage and is surrounded by
friends. We are getting our rear ends kicked in
Afghanistan & Iraq. Let's hope a war is not iminent!

Heck No! They also are not stupid! With 15 of their military in the hands of people who think nothing of chopping off heads, they are trying the diplomatic approach. Any sane country would do the same.
As for their complaining about us, who cares; we know they are our friends & friends point out flaws in each other all the time. We have had our turn at saying things about them also. But, through it all; we know that we will always be there for each other. Don't let it bother you.

Why do you want to kick Iran into the stone age? Was it because Ronald Reagan was selling them weapons?

Seems we have enough problems in Iraq, don't you think?

Haven't you had enough death yet?

You've never been in combat, that is pretty obvious!

The Brits have never been cowards. They have stood up to massive fighting machines and V1 and V2 rockets daily 2 years before we got into WW II!

They have had 134 killed in Iraq after they stood behind America even when the US was lieing!

Proportionality Britain probably has as many cowards as we do in our military. I would think that cowardice is a universally human (possibly sensible) condition shared by all nationalities...just as bravery is.
To the Brits credit they have steadfastly supported us as we have them.It seems to be one of the worlds best alliances.
If you're referring to the "confessions" of captives be very weary of their comments since they may be totally inaccurate.

The British didn't have it's entire embassy staff held captive for 445 DAYS not so long ago, and you call THEM cowards?
That's rich!

Your words;
Willing and 'able'? I doubt it, Iran is not Iraq.

Well... can you blame them ? They try to shift blame to someone for the captured soldiers in Iran. What do you expect.

No they are not cowards. They want to get their people back alive. Lets not be calling people names that may cause hundreds if not thousands of people to die for no reason.
