It's a cloche hat, as some other people have said; and it should be available through eBay. They have a decently sized Vintage Clothing section that should have what you want.

It's called a Cloche Hat, they are from the 1920's, a lot of flappers would wear them over their bobbed hair.

According to my wife....it's called a cloche hat, and is from the 20s.
