there is no such thing as good chemistry everything that is made is bad, I don't think that loosing pounds will make you look better, some girls are better looking with some extra pounds, but you live your life so it should be up to you not up to somebody else, enjoy the week-end

Normal weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. So if you estimate 2 months to be around 8 weeks, the most you should lose safely *and keep off* is around 16 pounds. It may be around 20 though, as the first week or two, you can lose 3-4 pounds per week.
As for diet pills, I believe that if used according to directions, supplemented with diet and exercise, they're not bad. I happen to be a BIG fan of ephedra. When used properly, it gives a kick of energy that helps me when I'm working out. However, I don't solely rely on it, and no one should rely on any diet pill. There is no magic pill out there. The best way to lose weight is through diet and exercise.

Honestly, diet pills don't work, it is just false advertising. They are dangerous and can mess with your health, any doctor and fitness trainer will tell you not to use them. However, try taking a mult vitamin daily like One A Day it is better then any diet pill, exercise by doing weight training and cardio, eat small or light meals throughout the day. You will come close to loosing 40lbs but everybody is different.

Do you think that those Miracle Diet Pills really work?
I keep getting fliers in the mail about such things as poundlessmax and such stupid sounding things as that. They claim that you can loose 7 pounds in just 7 days and such claims as that...and they cost around $100 for 60 pills. As a medical major I know that you can only loose water and nutrients the first few days of any diet, including these pills, but these fliers claim it's actual fat. Do you think that it is possible to loose weight this way?? I know there is no true substitute for good diet and exercise, these "miracle" pills are just a way of speeding up the process.

No..that would be unhealthy. Yes, I think diet pills are bad. Just try cutting out sweets and soda and drink plenty of water. It might take 4 or 5 months but, the weight will come off.

I used Phentermine. If you use it while exercising you lose the weight. Last year I started in February at size 14, I'm now between 6 or 8 depending who makes the clothes. You have to keep up with the gym (exercise) to keep the weight off though. I know alot of people who use this pill and it works. My doctors knows I did it...she wouldn't give me the script...I bought from the internet...but she just told me as long as I use it for a shorter time period and not forever, it's not gonna hurt me. You definitely are not hungry with it.
