i keep reading suggestions from people stating you should use a 'crate' or 'crate training' to help train a puppy........ what is this exactly, ive never heard of it before.......

in my head im picturing a puppy being placed in what i'd call on old style milk crate.......you know the hard plastic kind that lots of parents had in their homes in the 80's, usually filled with kids toys etc. Is this what people are talking about?? .....but im confused bcos a few people have mentioned locking the puppy inside over nite and those old milk crates are open ended.

and where do you get these crates from??

I had a miscarriage back in December. Since then, I've noticed my hair is shedding a lot more than usual and seems lifeless. I've heard of women shedding "pregnant" hair and I'm wondering what the women here have done to treat post-partum hair loss? What did you do to repair and strengthen your hair again??

Someone has told me that Holland has raised its minimum age for marriage to 21 recently. I find this very hard to believe since the minimum age for everything else in Holland is a lot lower.

I know i always think of that i don't have a spider phobia but it is a scary thought if that were to happen for real. would it be possible for it to lay it's eggs in there as well? thats why i always check underneath my pillows and blanket beforehand lol. well not all the time it can be habit forming.
