i dont think they will get..but it takes sum time 2 forget...our indians cant take lite...to get there past reputation they have to work hard

Yes they can regain some and not same respect if they win against teams higher up in the cricket ratings outside of thier own den.Anyway they would'nt have lost any respect had they FOUGHT and then lost,at least in my eyes.

yes, it will take some time to come back on track.
after this world cup. team India is going to Bangladesh tour. Bangladesh is not a strong. because you see how they win against Bermuda. only team India played very bad. thats bye team India is out of WC.

worldcup is a megatournament if we lost in the firstround that may not cause any damage for the team for example southafrica quit in the first round in 2003 worldcup which was held in sa but they are world no 1 today respect will not go anywhere hope that india should win 2011 worldcup

Since memory of people is short lived, if India start performing well in the future tournaments, people will start praising the same players whom they are criticising and attacking now and the team will regain its lost prestige and respect.

If no.Why?
If your horses don't run on the racecourse track,can you win the race?
When you are hungry,if some one give you biscuits made out of very valuable and precious stones, can you eat it? will it break your hunger?

if i see them more on the field fighting it out till the last ball rather than on my television set. they would get my respect. whether they win or not. cricket is just a game.
